- Graduated in Physical Education Teaching and coaches Level I Instructor, Hugo combines his academic training with an outstanding career in the professional and educational field.
- With more than 20 years of experience managing padel schools, he has been a key player in the training and development of players of all ages and levels.
- In his professional career, he reached the 31st position in the Padel Pro Tour, and at regional level he was number 1 in the FMP ranking, an achievement that reflects his excellence as a player and his knowledge of the sport.
- At MG Indoor Padel, Hugo leads the sports management, ensuring that the methodology and quality of the classes remain benchmarks in the sector.

- Graduated in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, specialized in padel, Alejandro ensures that your classes are intense, dynamic and full of energy.
- With more than 8 years of experience in teaching padel, he is the longest serving instructor at MG Indoor Padel, becoming one of the main pillars of the MG coaches team.
- Alejandro stands out for his hard-hitting and motivating approach, where each class perfectly combines technical play with physical work. If you are looking to improve while having fun, he is your ideal instructor!
- Mario is our youngest and most dynamic instructor, always transmitting energy and passion for padel in every class.
- With more than 8 years of experience teaching, he combines his work as a teacher with his career as a competitive player. Currently, Mario is in the world of competition, facing high level rivals and constantly improving his technique and strategy.
- If your goal is to evolve your game with a competitive approach, Mario is the ideal monitor to help you reach your full potential.
- Juanan joins the MG Indoor Padel team as a qualified instructor, with specific training in padel teaching methodology.
- With several years of experience, he has worked with players of all levels, from beginners to those looking to improve their technique and strategy. His training and approach are focused on offering personalized and technical lessons, ensuring the progress and enjoyment of each student.
- We are happy to have Juanan in the team and we are confident that he will bring great results this season!
- More than 15 years of experience as a padel coaches.
- His experience and commitment have led him to assume the role of Technical Director of the MG School, from where he coordinates and improves teaching strategies, ensuring quality and excellence in each class.
- In addition, Rodrigo continues to lead as captain of several of the club's competitive teams, contributing his strategic vision and experience in this area.
- His classes have a unique approach, oriented to the technical and tactical development necessary to compete at the highest level.
- Jorge is one of the most experienced instructors of the school, with more than 6 years teaching padel classes to players of all levels. His training in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences allows him to offer structured classes focused on the technical and physical progress of each student.
- He currently competes in firts and second Madrileña, which allows him to bring to his classes an updated and practical perspective of the game.
- What all his students highlight about Jorge is his dedication and commitment: "Very dedicated, he worries every day so that we learn as much as possible and evolve in our game.
- With 15 years of experience as a padel player and 4 years as a trainer, Victor joins this year the MG Indoor Padel Club team to share his passion for this sport and his training vision.
- Passionate about the values that padel transmits, Victor believes in the importance of teaching them, not only to apply them in the game, but also in everyday life, becoming a guide both on and off the court. His approach as a monitor seeks that students enjoy, learn and progress in their technique and personal development through each class.
